First pictures with my new 17-85 mm. I was also practising the use of a tripod.

UPDATE 14.3.2007

I am now here in Kuwait, in middle east dust and desert and I am thinking about Finland and listening finnish music. I was listening a song by Stratovarius and song was called "land of ice and snow". Somehow this picture came to my mind. Finland, same time dynamic and like ice - cold but naturally beautiful like those ice formations in the picture. With warm touch they will melt, sometimes life is stopped like this branch but sometimes it is fast and strong like this water.
